Heated gloves are a game changer. If you suffer from cold hands the Connectic gloves are awesome. I find the trick is to start your day on high heat to get the gloves nice and warm, and then 20 minutes later turn them down to low so they last all day. Proper Ski socks make such a difference in your boot comfort. They can help with blood flow, which keeps your feet warmer.
