Holiday Shipping Update
At Skookum our goal is to ship all online orders with stock from single location within 24 hours. We consolidate orders when the stock is from both of our locations and aim to have those orders processed within 48 hours. We understand the excitement of ordering that new bike part or ski glove online, and want to get it to you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately we have been informed that our main courier, Purolator, has paused some shipments due to the postal strike. We are currently not directly affected but do expect this to cause some delays in shipping time. We apologize for this inconvenience caused by factors far outside of our control. We truly hope this won't discourage you from ordering from a trusted small business with expertise in the gear you want like Skookum; but want to temper expectations with the reality of the situation, you may or may not receive shipments from Skookum in time for Christmas.
With that said, the whole team at Skookum would like to wish you a Happy Holiday Season. We hope it is filled with fun times and joy. You know the type of joy that comes from fresh powder turns, or ripping that "new" familiar trail on a Fat Bike.
