We recommend a basic tune-up at least once per season, or every 1,000–2,000 km. If you ride hard, commute daily, or hit a lot of wet and dusty conditions (hello BC!), more frequent checkups will keep things running smooth and save you money long-term.
Clicks and creaks usually come from loose bolts, worn drivetrain parts, or dry contact points like pedals, bottom brackets, or seatposts. It’s not always where the sound seems to be coming from—bring it in and we’ll track it down quickly.
