In-Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at our Revelstoke and Salmon Arm locations for most orders. An e-mail notification will be sent when the purchase is ready for pickup. These orders are usually ready in 2-4 days. A copy of the original order confirmation is required when picking up an order.
General shipping
We are happy to offer fast, efficient shipping with free shipping available on orders within Canada over $200.
General shipping rules do not apply to bikes, ski equipment, oversize items, international orders and sale items.

International Shipping
No free shipping for international orders. The buyer is responsible to pay all Custom Fees, Duties, Tariffs and Taxes calculated and charged by our shipping broker. These fees are due prior to delivery and are arranged by the broker directly with the customer.

- $45 shipping on orders below $200

Refused Shipments
All shipments refused by the buyer will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus all related shipping charges.
Additional Charges
Skookum Gear reserves the right to change shipping rates or add additional charges if necessary to fulfill delivery of the order. Customers will be notified of any changes or additional charges prior to the order being shipped.
