Full payment is due at the time of booking, and a credit card must be kept on file to cover damage, late returns, or loss/theft. A $500 security hold is placed on the card for the duration of the rental.

Before You Ride

• Age & ID: Riders must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID. Riders under 18 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Waiver required: Every rider must sign a liability waiver before heading out — no exceptions. Sign your waiver here.
• Helmets: Mandatory for all riders, all the time.

Where You Can Ride

Our e-bikes are built for:

• Paved roads
• Light gravel pathways

To keep our bikes (and you) in one piece, please leave the following for other equipment:

• Mountain bike trails
• Jumps, stunts, or aggressive riding
• Bike parks or downhill terrain

Rider Responsibilities

Once you roll out, you're responsible for riding safely, following traffic laws, and taking good care of the bike. A few key rules:

• Lock it up. Always lock your bike when it's unattended.
• Leave the battery alone. Don't open the battery housing, attempt repairs, or charge with a non-approved charger.
• Battery dies mid-ride? No problem — just bring the bike back manually. A $100 rescue fee applies if we need to come get it.
• Damage & theft: You're responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, as well as theft or loss of the bike during your rental.

Returns & Late Fees

Bikes must be back before closing time. Running late? Rentals returned after closing are subject to an additional full-day charge plus a $100 late fee.

Weather Policy

Rain or shine, the ride goes on! We don't offer weather-related refunds unless our staff determines conditions are unsafe.

Cancellations

• 24+ hours' notice: full refund
• Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% refund
• No-shows: no refund
