We work hard to offer the best deals on the best gear. If you find a lower price elsewhere, let us know - we'll price match whenever possible. Our pricing policies help us offer great value while ensuring we can continue providing skilled, knowledgeable staff and strong support for our local communities.
Price matching policy
To qualify for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met:
We only price match Canadian-based, authorized dealers of the same brand and product, whether online or in-store. We do not match prices from liquidators, liquidation sales, marketplaces (such as Amazon or eBay), closeout sales, or retailers without a physical storefront. We also do not match prices that violate brand policies, pricing errors, loyalty or points-based pricing.
The product must be identical in brand, model, size, colour, and model year, and must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor at the advertised price.
We do not price match out-of-stock items.
All competitor pricing must be verifiable online by our customer service team. When evaluating a price match, we add the competitor’s shipping fees to their product price.
Exclusions:
We do not price match ski boots, bikes, Arc'teryx, kids’ ski/snowboard equipment, items discounted more than 50%, or products under $50.
