Sidas built the 3Feet Eco Winter insole around a woven polyester top layer and 20% recycled Evamic insulated EVA foam, backed by a thin aluminum film that reflects heat back toward your foot instead of letting it bleed into your boot shell.

The 3Feet system shapes the footbed to your actual arch type — low, medium, or high — so weight is distributed evenly across the sole rather than concentrated under the arch, which is where most boot-fit discomfort starts. A supportive EVA shell keeps your foot aligned inside the boot for better power transfer, and the large cushioned pad adds a layer of comfort for long days on hardpack.
