At 14.1 oz, the Method Pro MIPS is one of the lightest resort helmets Smith makes, and it gets there without cutting corners on protection. An in-mold polycarbonate shell bonds directly to the EPS liner, with zonal Koroyd coverage layered in for energy-absorbing, ventilated impact protection, and MIPS underneath to manage rotational forces from angled hits.

Nine fixed vents keep air moving through the shell and across your goggle lens, a micro-adjustable fit dial gets you a precise, no-hotspot fit, and a glove-friendly magnetic buckle means you're not fighting a clasp with cold fingers. The goggle strap retainer is removable if you'd rather run goggles under the helmet instead of over it. Certified to ASTM F2040 and CE EN 1077:2007 Class B.
