The Rodeo MIPS is Smith's value-focused resort helmet, built around an injection-molded ABS shell made with 50% recycled content — durable enough to shrug off the dings and scrapes that come with everyday use. MIPS sits underneath, letting the shell and liner slide slightly relative to each other on an angled impact to cut down the rotational force that reaches your head.

Ten fixed vents work with your goggles to keep airflow moving and fog off the lens, and a micro-adjustable dial — 48 teeth, 7.5° pawl engagement — locks in a secure, no-slip fit. Fully removable, machine-washable Snapfit SL ear pads mean the helmet cleans up easily and can run lighter on warm spring days. Certified to ASTM F2040 and CE EN 1077:2007 Class B.
